Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, or using any information provided by Sri Sunrise Associates, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

Enquiries and Project Discussions

An online enquiry, phone call, WhatsApp message, site visit, brochure, package description or preliminary discussion does not by itself create a construction contract. A project becomes binding only after both parties sign a written agreement or work order that records the final scope, specifications, price, payment schedule and responsibilities.

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing correct information about ownership, site location, dimensions, access, soil conditions, approvals, drawings, utilities, existing structures and project requirements. Changes or omissions may affect cost, design and timeline.

Intellectual Property

Website content, layouts, branding, text, graphics and project presentation belong to Sri Sunrise Associates or their respective owners. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Third-Party Services

Some services may involve architects, structural consultants, geologists, water diviners, pest-control providers, testing laboratories, approval consultants, suppliers, subcontractors or payment and communication platforms. Their services may be governed by separate terms.

Suspension and Changes

We may update, restrict or discontinue any part of the website or these terms when required. Continued website use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised version.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to website use shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
